As a FileCloud administrator, you can update a user's email address when it changes.
- After you update the email address, the user's shared files and folder will be updated to display this new email address
To change a user's email address:
- Open a browser and log on to Admin Portal.
- From the left navigation panel, click Users.
- In the users list, click on the row of the user you want whose details you want to view.
- Click the edit icon ( ).
- On the User Details screen, scroll down to the editable Email box.
- Type in the new email address.
- Click Save.
