  1. Log on to Administration Portal.
  2. Setup AD configuration or LDAP configuration depending on your requirements.
  3. Click on "Users" on the left navigation panel.
  4. Click on "Add User" button.
  5. Select "Active Directory or LDAP" as the authentication type.
  6. Set the required account information as shown and click save.
