If your administrator has enabled two-factor authentication, you are required to enter an additional code in order to proceed. After you log in, you are prompted to enter a 2FA security code.
Two-factor authentication via email code delivery
If two-factor authentication is set up to use email id, then the 2FA security code is sent to the email address associated with your FileCloud account, and it remains valid for 10 minutes. Enter it into the following dialog box and click Login.
Two-factor authentication via SMS code delivery
If two-factor authentication is set up to use SMS, then you will receive a code via the phone number associated with the account. The code will be valid for 10 minutes. Enter it into the following dialog box and click Login.
Two Factor Authentication with TOTP or DUO
If two-factor authentication is set to Google Authenticator, then you will need to set up Google Authenticator for the first time.
Note: Once Google Authenticator is set up, it is no longer shown. Only the Administrator can reset the Google authenticator setup.
- Download and install Google Authenticator in your smart device.
- Choose Scan barcode or Manual entry.
- Click Next.
If you choose Scan barcode, the following screen opens.
If you choose Manual entry, a screen with the code opens.
- Scan the barcode or enter the code manually into Google Authenticator.
