While you are editing the wiki, you may want to insert an image or file that is not yet stored in the wiki. To insert a link to the file in your wiki content, first upload the file to the wiki in the left panel of the wiki editor. 
You can also upload a folder and its contents to the wiki.

To upload a file or folder into the wiki:

  1. Open the wiki editor 
  2. Drag and drop a file or folder onto the Files panel, or click the Upload a file button and upload a file or folder.


    The file or folder appears in the Files panel:

To create an additional wiki page:

  • Open the wiki editor
    • In the Files panel on the left of the Wiki editor, click the Create

  • Enter a file name. The extension will always be .md.
  • Click Create Page.
    The file for the new page is listed in the Files panel, and is opened for edit in the central panel.
  • Enter content into the new page.

  • Click Publish, and close the dialog box.
  • Click the Wiki tab again.
    • Click the icon in the upper left to view a clickable table of contents of all the pages

  • You may also want to add links on each page of your wiki to the others.

    AirSend lets you create new folders as well as new files during wiki editing so you can store the files in an organized manner.

    To create a new folder:

  • Open the wiki editor
  • In the Files panel on the left of the Wiki editor, click the Create a folder button.

  • Enter a folder name.

  • Click Create Folder.
    The folder appears in the Files panel.
    • Drag and drop files into the folder after you create them, or click on the folder to open it and upload files into it.
