  1. After you have installed the AirSend app and created an account if you need one, open it on your phone.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Login.
    If you are not a member of any channels, the initial screen is empty; otherwise, it displays a card for each channel you are a member of.

  1. Triple-bar icon - Click this icon to open the navigation panel. See Navigation panel, below.
  2. Search - Click and enter a term to search for in messages, file names, actions, and usernames.
  3. Filter - Click and choose to show all channels, active channels, or closed channels.
  4. Sort - Click to sort channels by one of the following options:
    • Most recently active channel
    • Least recently active channelNewest to oldest channel
    • New channels
    • Oldest to newest channelfirst
  5. Filter channels Search bar - Enter a search term to search for matching channels.filter channel names by
  6. Indicates that this is a public channel. Click Tap to copy its url and send it to users for viewing and joining.

  8. Number of unread notifications in channel. 
    To remove this alert, either click the icon and view the messages, open the channel and view the messages, or click tap the ... icon, and select Mark all as read.
  9. Create a new channel.

  1. Back button - Click to go back to the dashboard.
  2. Tap to start a meeting.
  3. Search in this channel's messages, actions, files, and users.
  4. Messages tab - Click to view and add messages. 
  5. Actions tab - Click to view and add actions that all members of the channel can see. See Archived - Adding an action Actions in an AirSend channel.
  6. Files tab - Click to attach files to the channel and access files that other users have added to the channel. See Add a file to the Files tab
