While you are sending and receiving messages in Any file that you add to an AirSend channel , you can share a file is shared with all members of the channel either by including it in a message or by uploading it to the Files tab in the right panel of the opened channel.; members can view, edit, and download any file in the channel.

You can also go directly to the Files section of to Files view in AirSend to add and organize files in your channels. This is useful when you have many files or different types of information that you want to store in a folder structure that makes it easy to find certain files. Scenario: Setting Up Client or Customer Channelsview exists outside of channels, and lets you work with files in multiple channels in one place.
