Any file that you add to an AirSend channel is shared with all members of the channel. In addition, you cannot limit access to files; all channel members can view, edit, and download any file in the channel.
There are several ways that you can add files in an AirSend channel. Which method you use depends on the scenario.

You can also go directly to the Files section of to Files view in AirSend to add and organize files in your channels. This is useful when you have many files or different types of information that you want to store in a folder structure that makes it easy to find certain files. Scenario: Receiving and organizing client dataview exists outside of channels, and lets you work with files in multiple channels in one place.
