Any file that you add to an AirSend channel is shared with all members of the channel. In addition, you cannot limit access to files; all channel members can view, edit, and download any file in the channel.

There are several ways that you can add files in an AirSend channel. Which method you use depends on the scenario.

While you are sending and receiving messages in an AirSend channel, you can share a file with all members of the channel either by including it in a message or by uploading it to the Files tab in the right panel of the opened channel.

You can also go directly to the Files section of AirSend to add and organize files in your channels. This is useful when you have many files or different types of information that you want to store in a folder structure that makes it easy to find certain files.
