Problem

When you are trying to find the IP address of your plug by visiting www.tonidoplug.com/ip site, you might need to enter your plug's MAC address for certain cases. You are not sure about this MAC address. 

Resolution

Your TonidoPlug's MAC address will be printed on the TonidoPlug under barcode (e.g 01:50:42:01:a8:25).
