Problem

Sometimes when you login into Tonido UI, you see that all the Tonido applications are disabled except Plug Admin.

Possible Reasons And Solutions

This might happen due to several reasons:

  • A USB drive is not attached to the TonidoPlug. When no USB drives are attached, Tonido applications (such as Torrent, Backup) might fill the internal flash quickly. To prevent this from happening, all Tonido Apps are disabled. To fix this issue, just plug in a USB drive. Restart TonidoPlug by turning off the power and turning it back on.
  • TonidoPlug's internal flash disk is full already. In this case you will see an error message on your UI, saying "Internal Disk Full". To fix this issue, follow the steps outlined in Clean Flash Disk or click the "Cleanup Space" button on the Disks screen from the Plug Admin.
  • Remember Tonido software update is a two step process. First you update Tonido itself and then the Tonido applications. When you complete the first step, Tonido is updated and all applications are disabled. You need to update the applications also in order to enable the apps. To fix this issue, follow the steps outlined in upgrading to latest Tonido.
