Madhan drives CodeLathe’s overall strategy and execution. Over the last 15 years, prior to founding CodeLathe, Madhan has worked on diverse systems and technology, including building highly scalable MMORPG game server technology, high speed real-time video acquisition systems, digital video engagement solutions, and Artificial Intelligence (A.I.). As an open source enthusiast, he developed the open source Money Manager Ex
personal finance software. Madhan holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Boston University.
COO Venkat leads operations, business development, sales and marketing functions at CodeLathe. He comes with over 15 years of experience as a Product Development Manager at Schlumberger and as a Product Manager at Garmin. Venkat holds a MBA from University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
CTO Anis drives technology innovation and overall mobile technology vision for the company. Before CodeLathe, he spent over 13 years at IBM’s Server division, overseeing design, engineering and architecture for embedded firmware. He holds over 17 patents in reliability and redundancy of server systems. Anis’s experience enables bringing in highly scalable and efficient architectures to CodeLathe’s products and services. When not working on CodeLathe’s software, Anis spends his time capturing breathtaking vistas of distant galaxies using his astro photography equipment from his backyard. Anis holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Texas A&M.
Rada handles storage system technology and architecture and customer solutions at CodeLathe. Before CodeLathe, he spent over 13 years at IBM and has experience in server, database technologies and highly scalable and highly available systems. He also holds over 23 patents
in various server networking functional areas. A Linux guru and expert, he co-authored a book on the Linux Standard (Amazon).
Rada holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University.
CIO/VP Engineering Sathya leads the software development team at CodeLathe. Before CodeLathe, he was Director of Software Development building software solutions for the travel industry and has over 15 years of experience developing software products using many software technologies including ASP.NET, C#, C++, PHP and more. Sathya holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
CMO Amar leads product marketing, advertising, branding, and communications for CodeLathe. Prior to CodeLathe, he led business planning and product management for Microsoft’s Bing search, where he worked on a wide variety of challenges across business planning, product marketing, deal valuation, and P&L shaping. Before Microsoft, he was with Booz & Co’s consumer strategy practice, where he focused on growth strategy for consumer, auto, and industrial companies. A technologist at heart, he started as an engineer at Sun Microsystems. Amar holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and masters in computer science from Louisiana State University.
Chief Business Officer Manoj leads partnerships, channel development, sales and various business development activities for CodeLathe. He comes with 15+ years of experience in driving strategic solutions to several small/large/distributed organizations such as General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Gannett, Edmunds and Real Estate MLS associations. Manoj holds Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University.
Lead – Design and User Interface Attila is passionate about developing simple and visually engaging interfaces. His goal at CodeLathe is to develop user experiences that help our customers achieve their objectives easily. For over 15 years, Attila has created websites, marketing campaigns and branding for many Fortune 500 companies and small businesses.
Lead – Customer Support Daniel’s goal is to make every customer installation a success and help customers get maximum value out of our products. He and his team help our customers with installations, demos, troubleshooting, and other support tasks. Daniel has worked as a support engineer for over 10 years in different technology fields including software, telecom platforms, and mobile devices. Daniel has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and is trained in Unix and Oracle administration, Microsoft .NET and SQL Development.
